ABN-AMRO held a design contest asking designers to come up with a design concept that helps women become overall more financially independent. In order to understand the issue in more depth, I conducted a survey asking employees to fill it out. This concluded that salary transparency is a big issue, especially among younger employers. My design is a card game that is played among young female employees about a diverse range of financial topics that results in more salary transparency and concrete understanding about money management.
